The IBN Academy & Think Tank Neutrino was founded by Sakenoye II.
After tracing his lineage back to the first Sakanou Tamuramaro who lived in the 8th-9th century, Sakenoye II combined his knowledge of quantum physics and science, developing a model that will not be surpassed, recognising the current competition, social prejudices and divergent trends.
The IBN Academy has a model similar to the Royal Society Of London, and will be asserting itself in the coming years.
