INTERNATIONAL ENGAGEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
The Institute of Black Nobility (IoBN) is a sovereign global cyberspace institution designed to operate without geographical, political, or jurisdictional limitation.
As IoBN engages with scholars, students, governments, partners, and institutions across borders, these Terms & Conditions establish:
Operational sovereignty
Legal insulation
Academic independence
Ethical standards
Clear protocols for cross-border activity
Protection of IoBN’s intellectual, cultural, and noble mandate
Engagement with IoBN—whether as a student, partner, collaborator, faculty member, or governmental body—constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Sovereign Academic Status & Jurisdiction
2.1. IoBN operates within a sovereign, decentralized academic jurisdiction, distinct from national education systems.
2.2. IoBN is governed by its internal statutes, charters, and constitutional framework, which supersede external academic conventions where legally permissible.
2.3. International engagement does not subject IoBN to foreign accreditation bodies or national curriculum constraints.
2.4. IoBN maintains full autonomy over:
Academic structures
Appointments
Certification
Research
Governance
Diplomatic engagement
2.5. No external entity—academic, political, corporate, or governmental—may impose oversight without formal IoBN consent.
3. Scope of International Engagement
International engagement includes, but is not limited to:
Enrolment of foreign students
Employment or appointment of international scholars, lecturers, or professors
Partnerships with universities, research centres, or corporations
Diplomatic or governmental consultations
Cultural, historical, or genealogical exchanges
Sale or distribution of literature, research, and academic materials worldwide
IoBN retains the right to select, approve, or decline participation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Legal Insulation & Liability Protection
4.1. All IoBN operations occur within the Institute’s sovereign cyberspace jurisdiction.
4.2. IoBN is insulated from:
Foreign government interference
National educational regulatory enforcement
Liability claims arising from external legal systems
Attempts to reinterpret IoBN’s standards under non-IoBN frameworks
4.3. Engagement does not confer any right to challenge:
IoBN curricula
IoBN governance
IoBN academic standards
Appointment decisions
Certificate or degree structures
4.4. The Institute shall not be held liable for:
International legal disputes unrelated to IoBN
Foreign tax laws
Political instability affecting partners
Customs delays
International banking inconsistencies
Technological restrictions imposed by national authorities
5. Compliance With Local Laws (Non-Submission Clause)
5.1. IoBN respects international law without submitting its academic sovereignty to it.
5.2. Students and partners must ensure compliance with their own local laws regarding:
Importation of academic materials
Payment obligations
Participation in foreign educational programmes
Tax responsibilities
5.3. IoBN assumes no responsibility for conflicts between IoBN engagement and a participant’s national regulations.
6. Payments, Financial Engagement & Precious Metals Policy
6.1. Payments may be made internationally via secure digital methods.
6.2. IoBN accepts gold and silver payments for eligible students, subject to:
Verified Royal Mint (UK) account documentation
Compliance with bullion-transfer laws in the participant’s country
Finality of transaction upon receipt
No refunds due to international bullion restrictions
6.3. Currency fluctuations, conversion fees, or international banking delays are the responsibility of the participant.
7. Intellectual Property Rights Across Borders
7.1. IoBN’s intellectual property is protected universally under international treaties.
7.2. No international partner, institution, student, or government may:
Replicate
Redistribute
Archive
Translate
Commercialise
any IoBN material without written, sealed permission.
7.3. IoBN retains global rights to:
Syllabi
Certificates
Frameworks
Research findings
Heraldry
Emblems
Digital assets
Video and lecture content
8. Cross-Border Academic Conduct
All international participants must uphold IoBN’s Noble Academic Code:
Integrity
Honour
Accuracy in historical representation
Respect for global cultures and lineages
Zero tolerance for plagiarism or fraudulent titles
Misconduct by an international participant may result in:
Suspension
Revocation of certificates
Removal from IoBN’s Academic Registry
Notification to their collaborating institution (if applicable)
9. International Partnerships & Agreements
9.1. Partnerships with foreign institutions are granted by invitation or negotiation only.
9.2. IoBN may decline partnerships with:
Politically unstable entities
Organisations conflicting with IoBN ethics
Bodies attempting regulatory control
Entities aligned with anti-academic or prejudicial agendas
9.3. IoBN holds the right to revoke a partnership without external penalty.
10. Global Distribution of Literature & Certificates
10.1. IoBN ships or digitally distributes literature and certificates worldwide using secure, archival-grade protocols.
10.2. International customers must verify the legality of receiving educational materials in their country.
10.3. Delays caused by customs, border controls, or local censorship are outside IoBN responsibility.
11. Cross-Border Digital Access
11.1. IoBN content is delivered globally via encrypted platforms.
11.2. Students must ensure compliance with local internet restrictions.
11.3. IoBN is not responsible for:
VPN issues
Regional blocks
Cyber interference by third-party states
12. Termination of International Access
IoBN may suspend or terminate international access for:
Breach of conduct
Attempted regulatory interference
Misuse of IoBN intellectual property
Attempting to impose foreign legal jurisdiction
Threat to IoBN’s sovereign autonomy
13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
13.1. All disputes—academic, financial, or contractual—are governed solely by IoBN’s internal statutes.
13.2. No foreign court, ministry, university, or authority has jurisdiction over IoBN decisions.
13.3. IoBN may appoint an internal tribunal for resolution where necessary.
14. Amendments to International Terms
IoBN may revise these terms at any time to preserve sovereign autonomy and global operational freedom.
Continued engagement indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
