TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT, PURCHASE & PARTICIPATION

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Institute of Black Nobility (IoBN), a sovereign global cyberspace institution committed to excellence, nobility, and the advancement of empirical and historical truth.
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, enrolments, access to digital materials, course participation, and interactions with IoBN.

By completing a purchase or enrolling in any IoBN programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



2. Definitions

“IoBN” / “The Institute” refers to the Institute of Black Nobility and its authorised administrative entities.

“Student” / “Purchaser” / “Client” refers to any individual placing an order, enrolling in a programme, or accessing IoBN materials.

“Materials” includes all courses, literature, certificates, seals, insignia, digital files, and publications.

“Bullion payment” refers to gold or silver payments made through verified Royal Mint accounts.




3. Eligibility & Enrolment

3.1. Enrolment in IoBN programmes is available to individuals worldwide who meet the Institute’s academic, behavioural, or verification standards.
3.2. Purchase of materials does not automatically guarantee access to restricted, invitation-only programmes unless stated.
3.3. IoBN reserves the right to request identity verification, academic history, or (where applicable) genealogical or Royal Mint evidence.



4. Intellectual Property & Sovereign Academic Rights

4.1. All IoBN materials are protected by international intellectual property law and the sovereign statutes of the Institute.
4.2. Students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content.
4.3. Redistribution, resale, replication, or public posting of IoBN material is strictly prohibited.
4.4. Misuse of IoBN materials or insignia may result in immediate removal from IoBN’s Academic Registry and/or legal action.



5. Payment Terms

5.1. Standard Payment Methods

IoBN accepts secure digital payments through approved processors.
All payments must be completed in full before access to materials is granted.

5.2. Gold & Silver Payments (Royal Mint)

IoBN accepts bullion payments under the following strict conditions:

Student must hold an active Royal Mint UK account.

Documented evidence of account ownership must be provided.

Bullion is valued at the spot rate at the moment of receipt, verified independently.

Bullion transactions are final, irreversible, and non-refundable.

Failure to provide valid documentation may void the transaction.

This heritage method reflects IoBN’s noble traditions and elite patronage model.



6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

6.1. Prices are listed in the currency displayed during checkout.
6.2. Students are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or banking fees.
6.3. IoBN reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.



7. Delivery of Materials

7.1. Digital materials are delivered electronically to the email or portal associated with your purchase.
7.2. Physical materials (if applicable) are dispatched using premium secure-handling services.
7.3. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, or archival packaging requirements.



8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the proprietary, elite, and sensitive nature of IoBN’s programmes and literature:

All digital goods are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Literature, certificates, and insignia are non-returnable due to authenticity controls.

Cancellations may only be considered before materials are released, and may incur a 25% administrative fee.

Bullion-based payments are strictly non-refundable.

This policy ensures the integrity of IoBN’s sovereign academic system.



9. Academic Conduct & Behavioural Expectations

Students and clients must uphold IoBN’s principles of:

Integrity

Respect for empirical truth

Honourable conduct

Non-misrepresentation of lineage, titles, or academic status

Misconduct may result in termination of access, without refund.



10. Certification & Titles

10.1. IoBN certificates, degrees, and titles are issued only after verified academic completion or formal conferment.
10.2. Any attempt to forge, alter, or misuse IoBN-issued documents constitutes academic fraud and may result in permanent removal from IoBN systems.
10.3. IoBN retains the right to revoke certification if issued under false pretences.



11. Data Protection & Confidentiality

11.1. IoBN handles personal information with strict confidentiality.
11.2. Sensitive data—including genealogical information, Royal Mint documentation, or academic records—will not be shared outside IoBN without legal requirement.
11.3. Students must ensure their login details remain secure.



12. Sovereign Academic Jurisdiction

12.1. IoBN operates as a global cyberspace institute with a distinct academic jurisdiction.
12.2. All transactions with the Institute are governed by IoBN’s internal statutes.
12.3. Where external law applies, IoBN complies to the extent required without compromising sovereign academic integrity.



13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. IoBN is not liable for loss of data, misuse of materials by students, or third-party service interruptions.
13.2. Academic outcomes depend on student engagement; IoBN does not guarantee specific career or financial results.
13.3. IoBN assumes no responsibility for failed delivery caused by inaccurate addresses or student negligence.


14. Amendments to Terms

IoBN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of IoBN services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
